Execellent after sale service

A new full 20 lb propane tank registered only 76 percent full on this scale and the blue tooth only works if you are next to it. Walk away and you have to reinitiate by turning off then on. It has a button which does nothing what so ever. It turns out that the bottles from Home Depot are only filled 3/4 full, (15lb) yet sold as 20lb. One pad was missing and the company promptly sent a replacement.
